Erik S.Wilson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CEN
Erik S. Wilson is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in emergency and military medicine. He provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan, with a focus on acute illness, chronic disease management, and procedural-based treatments.
Erik earned his degree in Human Biology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington. He completed his Master of Science in Nursing with honors at University of South Alabama. He holds national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and is also a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN). In recognition of his commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, he has been honored with the DAISY Award for excellence in nursing.
Erik's clinical experience spans a range of high-acuity environments, including wound care, adult critical care during the COVID-19 pandemic, and extensive work in both adult and pediatric emergency departments. Experience in a Level I pediatric trauma center, combined with years in fast-paced adult emergency settings, has shaped his efficient and practical approach to care - emphasizing timely diagnosis, sound clinical judgment, and decisive treatment.
In addition to his civilian practice, Erik brings over 13 years of experience in military medicine, where he developed strong leadership skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
Originally from Minnesota, Erik relocated to Texas during his military service and chose to make it his home. He currently resides in Splendora, Texas, with his wife and son. Outside of medicine, he enjoys fishing and following Minnesota sports.
