Caleb S. Deike, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Caleb Deike has over a decade of experience in multiple levels of health care. After leaving the banking industry in 2009, he realized the need for health care providers in rural areas of Texas, and made his plan to complete his nursing degree with a goal of nurse practitioner.

While working as a dialysis technician for Davita and U.S. Renal Care, Caleb graduated from San Antonio College with an Associate of Science in Nursing in 2014. Caleb worked as as charge nurse for multiple dialysis facilities. Upon completing his bachelor's degree with the University of Texas at Arlington, he continued working with U.S. Renal Care, eventually moving to the North Houston area charge nurse position of the Kingwood dialysis facility. During staff shortages, he often assisted with U.S. Renal Care's Scott Street location and also assisted with procedural audits of newly acquired clinics in the Houston area.

By 2019, Caleb earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus of Nurse Practitioner. Upon certification, he has dedicated his medical expertise to the Livingston community as nurse practitioner for the Family First Health Clinic and continues to provide exceptional care to patients within and beyond the Polk County area.
