Miranda Roach, FNP-C

With over 20 years of nursing experience, Miranda Roach is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, ready to provide comprehensive primary care to residents of all ages in Trinity and the surrounding area. She is also a Certified Medical Examiner and is able to perform DOT physicals.

Since graduating with honors from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2002 with her BSN, Miranda has held positions in inpatient oncology, medical telemetry, served as charge nurse on a chest pain/observation unit, and also worked in the emergency department, primarily in triage. After receiving her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and being certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in 2019, Miranda went on to run a very busy walk-in cash clinic, in Montgomery, TX. There she was the only provider providing urgent care/primary care services to the uninsured population of the Lake Conroe area. Wanting to work closer to her roots, Miranda was honored and blessed to have the opportunity to join Woodrome Medical, PA in 2023.

Miranda grew up in East Texas and comes from a long line of nurses. Her grandfather was a small-town, country doctor and was her inspiration to become a provider. She watched him befriend his patients in the community where she grew up and saw first-hand how health care providers have the opportunity to positively impact peoples' days and lives. She prides herself on her bedside manner, and her goal is to make every patient feel as though they are a part of a bigger family. She has developed a love for hormone optimization and believes that you are only as young as you feel!

Currently, she resides in Montgomery, on Lake Conroe with her two kiddos and Pitbull, Zoe, and has plans to relocate back to the East Texas area soon. In her free time, she loves to sing pretty much anything, especially old country music, and to do DIY projects around the house.
